From a local hero to a global player
With a history of 28 years we re-invented ourselves in 2016 within a joint venture between Deltatre (a global leader in fan-first experiences) and DFL Deutsche Fußball Liga as an innovation-focused internal lab, tasked with improving data deployment in German soccer.
Headquartered in Munich, we develop next-gen solutions and cutting edge technologies in the fields of match data and sports technology. This successful path allowed us to quickly grow into a leading global player with customers around the world.
What we do
We offer the most advanced gathering, storage, distribution, and analytics of live match data to clubs, licensees, partners, and clients. We work with renowned companies and scientific institutions to continuously improve our data, products, and services.
In addition, we offer sports technologies and services and their operation at the highest standard, including Goal Line Technology (GLT), centralized Video Assistant Referee services (VAR) and much more.

Our History
Our origins go back to 1988 when we started out as IMP AG with data and graphics services. The entry into the soccer business did not take long. Since 1992, we have been driving continuous development and innovation in the areas of data services, graphics and match analysis.
Our internationalization began in 2010 with the Football World Cup in South Africa. This development received a further boost in 2014 with the involvement of our new shareholder Deltatre. Since then, and also thanks to the intensive collaboration with our second shareholder DFL, the number of new developments and innovations has increased significantly once again.
